Abstract


This research paper aims at exploring the functionality of lexical patterns in achieving written text unity in English as a foreign language general writing at secondary school level in Jordan b in general and in secondary school for boys at Omar Ibn Al Khatab Jordan at Al Qaser Directorate of Education in particular.Sample consists of 20 students selected randomly.
