Case Study on the Integration and Innovation of Party Building in Art Departments under the “Four New” Model Framework
Abstract
In recent years, many higher education universities have actively explored and practiced to address the issue of the disconnection between party building and professional business development. Taking the Party Committee of the School of Music and Dance at Guizhou education university as an example, this paper strengthens the organic integration of party building and business teaching under the framework of the "Four New" model. Firstly, through cooperation with external art groups and cultural institutions, the education mechanism is deepened and the practical platform is expanded. Secondly, innovative concepts are applied to integrate curriculum ideology with professional teaching, constructing a new teaching model. Thirdly, the combination of party building work and student behavior cultivation is emphasized, promoting the interaction between the first and second classrooms through curriculum ideology, and facilitating the comprehensive development of students. Finally, regular organization of artistic practical activities enhances communication and interaction between teachers and students. The aim is to allow party building work to take root and flourish in artistic education through extensive practice, continuously enhancing the goal-orientation and practical effectiveness of party building work in higher education institutions.
