Azhar Khader Dagher

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the degree of employing blended learning in the educational process in Jordanian public schools from the point of view of teachers. To achieve this aim, a random sample of 500 teachers from Jordanian public schools for the academic year 2023/2024 was selected. The results of the study indicated that the estimation of the study sample regarding the degree of employing blended learning in the educational process in Jordanian public schools from the point of view of teachers was high, with an average of 4.003. The results also showed no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of employing blended learning in the educational process in Jordanian public schools from the point of view of teachers attributed to the variables of gender and educational qualification. Based on the study results, several recommendations were proposed to enhance the employment of blended learning in the educational process in all schools in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
