Extent of Public High Schools Principals' Practice for Organizational Justice in Their Schools from Teachers' Perspective in Alkarak Governorate 2018

Abstract


The study aimed to identify the extent of public high schools principals' practice for organizational justice in  their schools from teachers' perspective in Alkarak governorate. The sample of the study included ( 309 ) male and female teachers which was randomly selected from the population of the study that consisted of ( 2754 ) male and female teachers. To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher developed a 28-items questionnaire for  organizational justice practice and was checked for reliability and consistency. Results indicated that the extent of  public high schools principals' practice for organizational justice in their schools in Alkarak governorate from teachers' perspective was medium and there were significant statistical differences at the level α≤ 0.05 based on the variable of gender and these differences were in favor of females. Results also indicated significant statistical differences at the level α≤ 0.05 based on the variable of experience in favor of those with experience of 5 to less than 10 years experience and finally, the results indicated significant statistical differences at the level α≤ 0.05 based on the variable of the educational qualification in favor of bachelor degree. The study recommended for high public schools principals in Alkarak governorate to  practice more organizational justice with teachers and to be interested with experienced teachers with higher educational qualifications.
