Attitudes of Faculty Members at Najran University towards Students' Assessment for Their Teaching Performance

Abstract


This study aimed to investigate the attitudes of faculty members at Najran University towards students' assessment for their teaching performance. The sample of the study consisted of (184) faculty members from Najran University, Kingdome of Saudi Arabia. A questionnaire was developed and distributed to the sample of the study. The result showed that the attitudes of faculty members toward students 'assessment for their teaching performance were average. In addition, they showed statistically significant differences in the attitudes of faculty members toward students' assessment for their teaching performance attributed to gender, teaching experiences, and the type of college.
