Abstract

One of the most important problems of teachers is classroom management. As the changing social structure changed the classroom environment, it was difficult for teachers to keep up with this structure. It is observed that religious culture and ethics teachers who are responsible for religious education in particular have more difficulty in adapting to the new educational environment as they adopt the practices of traditional education. In this study, it has been tried to find some clues about how classroom management of Islamic education has found its place in the literature and how it can become a better quality manager in classroom management. The inclusion of a soft attitude and behavior along with student-centered and compassion in Islamic education is at a level that will make significant contributions to these qualities of teachers. According to this, the teachers who teach religion will better follow the religious literature and the suggestions of the Qur'an and Sunnah, especially in the class management behaviors, will increase the quality of class management in Islamic education. Thus, it can be said that teachers who practice religious education will be eligible to be a humanitarian and that class management will be a role model for other teachers.
