Quality Control Analysis during Housing Construction Process

Abstract


Houses meet the basic housing needs of people. While the people meets this basic need, they want the house to be aesthetic, functional, economical and high quality. Quality is handled in a very wide perspective from the design stage until the turnkey is delivered. To prevent possible defects of a production and to raise the existing quality barem in market competition requires a strong and systematic control. In this study; During the rough construction phase, the work flow chart was developed with a systematic approach to how the quality control should be made from the stacking process of the conventional mold manufacturing to the process of dismantling the concrete and the process of dismantling the molds.
