An Analysis of McKinsey 7-S Model and Its Application on Organizational Efficiency

Abstract


In recent times, it is very important to know how well this business is built so that businesses can work in harmony with the competition and achieve its purpose. There are no doubt that different answers will be taken when questions are asked in this regard. There are many internal and external factors that can affect the business and be the source of its problems. In order to resolve the problems, the most appropriate and consistent method of determining which factors should be addressed should be determined. In this study, the use and the contribution of McKinsey 7-S model developed by McKinsey Company in the enterprises are examined. The McKinsey 7-S model contributes to the construction of businesses by taking into consideration the model elements, analyzing the current situation of the enterprises, establishing action plans in line with the objectives of the enterprises and analyzing the interactions of the model elements with the information in the construction process in detail. The aim of the work is to bring new suggestions in which the McKinsey model will contribute to the concept of organizational productivity in businesses in the light of the literature.
