Entrepreneurship Development as Panacea for Economic Sustainability in the Workplace in Nigeria

Abstract


Entrepreneurship has contributed to sustainable economic development, job creation, innovation and resource allocation. This paper seeks to create and sensitise civil servants in Benue State of Nigeria to the fact that the salary paid by Benue State Government is not adequate as their only source of income. The aim is to encourage Entrepreneurship Development as a panacea for Economic Sustainability in the Workplace. This paper discussed Entrepreneurship, Business ideas and opportunities, Economic Sustainability in the workplace, Problems militating against entrepreneurial activities, Conclusion and also Recommendations.
