Peer Review Policy
At our esteemed journals, we uphold a steadfast commitment to ensuring the expeditious evaluation and publication of fully accepted papers. To maintain the utmost standard of quality in our publications, all submissions undergo a rigorous peer review process. The salient features of our peer review policy are outlined as follows:
- Exclusive Submissions: We do not tolerate simultaneous submissions of the same manuscript to multiple journals. Authors are expected to submit their work exclusively to our journal.
- Scope Alignment: Manuscripts that fall outside the scope of our journal will not be considered for review. We prioritize submissions that align with our journal's focus and subject matter.
- Expert Referees: Depending on the journal's policy, submissions will typically be evaluated by at least two experts who are recommended by our esteemed editorial board. These experts possess the necessary expertise to provide thorough and insightful assessments.
- Additional Reviews: At times, Editors may seek additional reviews if deemed necessary. Authors will be duly informed if Editors decide to pursue further evaluation of their manuscript.
- Editorial Decision: The final publication decisions rest with the Editors-in-Chief of the journal, who base their judgments on the reports provided by the referees. Authors of papers that are not accepted will be promptly notified of the outcome.
- Confidentiality: All submitted manuscripts are treated as confidential documents. We expect our Board of Reviewing Editors and reviewers to maintain the same level of confidentiality. Manuscripts should not be disclosed or discussed outside the scope of the review process.
- Conflict of Interest: Editors and reviewers involved in the peer review process should disclose any conflicts of interest arising from direct competitive, collaborative, or other relationships with any of the authors. They are expected to recuse themselves from cases where such conflicts may compromise an objective evaluation. Privileged information or ideas obtained through the peer review process must not be exploited for personal gain.
- Editor Submissions: In the event that an Editor on the journal's Board submits their own work to the journal, a separate and independent peer review process will be conducted to mitigate bias.
- Confidentiality of Reviewers: To ensure the integrity of the peer review process, the identities of the reviewers will remain confidential and undisclosed.
