Abstract: Cosmic neutrino background (CNB, C?B) is the universe's background particle radiation composed of neutrinos. They are sometimes known as relic neutrinos .Like the cosmic microwave background radiation (CMB), the C?B is a relic of the big bang, and while the CMB dates from when the universe was 379,000 years old, the C?B decoupled from matter when the universe was 2 seconds old. It is estimated that today the C?B has a temperature of roughly 1.95 K. Since low-energy neutrinos interact only very weakly with matter, they are notoriously difficult to detect and the C?B might never be observed directly. There is, however, compelling indirect evidence for its existence. Of all known particles neutrinos have the weakest interactions and the smallest possibly non-vanishing mass. Due to these properties, the neutrino is the second most abundant particle in the universe after photons. Neutrinos are normally assumed to undergo only usual weak interactions with (V-A)-coupling to the W and Z bosons Therefore, if m?=0, only left-handed neutrinos ?L do interact, while right-handed neutrinos ?R are sterile If on the other hand m??0, right-handed neutrinos would also be coupled to intermediate bosons, with strength suppressed as (E/m?)2 If neutrinos are mixed and massive, additional sterile neutrinos could.....
