Benlaria Mohammed, Mostéfaoui Sofiane

Abstract

The study tends to measure the efficiency of the investment of public spending in the state of Adrar – Algeria. The study concluded that the low efficiency of public investment spending is due to the weakness of investment projects scheduling and the delays in their achievements as well as the magnitude of the deviations between the initial estimates and actual amounts. The study recommends the necessity to determine clearly the projects to be implemented. This determination should be based on the priorities the population needs in an attempt to increase the efficiency of spending and meet the requirements of the individuals.
