An Empirical Study of Pakistan's Economic Growth under Inflation

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out the inflationary impact on the growth of Pakistan’s economy. There are two main objectives, firstly whether the inflation has positive or negative impact on the GDP growth and secondly, at which threshold level of inflation the growth of economy of Pakistan will be positively or negatively affected.
