Educational Transformation through TVET

Abstract


Transformation in vocational education is necessary to meet the goal of employability. The process of transformation starts from person, then it goes to the society, ultimately, it transforms the nation. For individual transformation we need work-based learning approach which is possible only through transformative learning. The responsibility of instructors directs accordingly to make students understand about the course with local context. We need to establish a new fabric in TVET so that we can transform the society with indifferent, inactive, unemployed to laborious, active and engaged persons. We need to respect our work so that we can be transformed and go ahead in course of development. TVET education would rationalize when we can implement local based curriculum with field-work.  Secondary sources have been consulted to develop the article. Mostly, the way of transformation has been focused with literatures.
