Focus and Scope

Historical Research Letter is a peer reviewed journal published by IISTE. The journal covers a wide geographical and temporal span: from the very early middle ages to the latest 21st century. It encourages the submission of articles from a broad variety of approaches, including social, political, urban, intellectual and cultural history. The journal is published in both printed and online versions.

Peer Review Process

The journal uses single-blind system: the reviewers' identities remain anonymous to authors, while the reviewers can see authors' identities. Two reviewers from outside and one editor from the journal typically involve in reviewing a submission.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
