Homosexual Relations in Skin and Sexually Diseases: Law Perspective

Abstract


People's views on homosexual-oriented groups known as gays and lesbians are controversial. The majority of people consider homosexuals to be social aberrations. Homosexuality is considered a disease, sin, immoral behavior. The religious and governmental rules embodied in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number[1] 1 Year 1974 on  the  Basic  Marriage of chapter I Article 1 states that marriage is the inner bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife in order to form a happy and eternal family (household) based on Belief in   the One Supreme. The contents of the law on marriage explain that there is no same-sex marriage in Indonesia. In fact many things happen beyond the control of religion and government on the basis of the law One of the cities that can be called the miniature of Indonesia is Yogyakarta and Gowa District, where the results of the survey showed a result of an increase in Gay homosexual couples, resulting in the emergence of various infectious infectious diseases sex reported in RSUD.
