Abstract

Everyone has the right to live physical and spiritual prosperity, reside, and get a good environment and healthy and receive medical care... One state is able to implement its authority to regulate it, including timber forest products. Its authority can be created in the form of Timber Forest Product Utilization Permit (IUPHHK) formerly known as concessions/HPH).. Implementation of sustainable development in the forestry sector in Papua Province put forest conservation as a natural resourcein front.
