Investigating the Rights of the Bisexuality children in Iran

Abstract

Sometimes, the fate of the conception and birth of first child, destiny surprises for his avarice. Human beings are born or son or daughter, but rarely there are exceptions to this procedure and the sex of the child is born. For clarification of this group of people in 1364 after sex determination with regard to forensic medicine, surgery, legal aspects, and for the first time, was a sex change. Neutral in religious texts called bisexuals, people who have one or more attributes of both male and female. Sexual changing of the people causes the emergence of evidence or sign of the opposite sex comes constant. The people in accordance with Article 939 of the Civil Code inherited texts and half of men and women is the total inheritance. In this article we seek to issues such as the question of inheritance rights or custody of bisexual child and the various questions that comes to the answer that call. Questions such as:

Is it lawful for a sexual change?

Transgendered person, inherited from their parents how to share meanings?

The criterion is whether the current sex or sex-change?

If a transgender parent, child custody and child support would be?
