Optimum Utilization of Human Resources in Cement Industries: (A Case Study of Lucky Cement Limited, Pakistan)

Abstract

Almighty Allah has given us two main objects in this world, i.e. Power of intelligence and resources to be utilized in an optimum way to fulfill our unlimited needs. Among all these natural and scarce resources, manpower resource is the most valuable one. That is why those countries having strong intelligent manpower rule over the whole world even though they are in lack of other natural resources as compare to the rest of the world. In this research an effort has been made to provide a frame work, which in turn, leads to optimal utilize the manpower resource. The aim of this study is to search out techniques to utilize the manpower resources in a best possible way with special reference to Lucky Cement Ltd and how it can be generalized.
